Welcome to the Wayne County Elementary Learning Focused Unit Writing Project. In the Spring of 2005, teachers from each elementary school in Wayne County joined together to form a unit writing cohort. These teachers have published units for teachers across the county to use as they work to implement the Learning Focus model in their classrooms. The site continues to grow as teachers across the county write Learning Focus units. If you have a unit that you would like to submit for consideration, please share it with your instructional coach.
